He is survived by: his parent Elsie Naomi Fralic (Allen); his stepdaughter Tonya Owens of Fort Meade; and his siblings, Woodie Fralic of Bartow and Marie Wheeler of Lakeland. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
