It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Carmichael Sr. (Bartow, Florida), who passed away on August 1, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Odell Carmichael and Desser Rea Scarborough; his stepfather William Benton Scarborough; and his siblings, Alec Wardell Carmichael, Rex Carmichael, Francis Estelle Willis King, Edith Bailey, Barbara Fussell and Barbara Hinks.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Altman, Nancy Kirkland, Merrittia Allred and Margaret Carmichael; his children, Debbie Carmichael Mallory, Patti Carmichael Lufkins, John Lufkins, Daniel Carmichael Jr., Ashley Carmichael Baldwin and Nathan Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Eric Harrison, Joey Thelen, Jessica Thelen, John Daniel Lufkins, Kierstyn Carmichael, Riley Ray Baldwin and Neeson Baldwin.
