With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Rouse (Bartow, Florida), who passed away on July 23, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Blackwelder, Stephanie Ewalt (Dan) and Francesca Rouse; his mother Teresa Rouse; his sister Nancy Carey; his granddaughters, Lindsay Blackwelder, Jenna Blackwelder and Cassandra Blackwelder; and also Glenda Prough. He is also survived by one niece and nephew.
