It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Hamer (Bartow, Florida), born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on September 7, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Hamer. He is survived by: his children, Georjan Cauthan (Ron) of Bartow and Gregory M. Hamer of Flat Rock, NC; his grandchildren, Katie Clanton (Mike), Andrew Cauthan, Jacob Cauthan (Joanna), Rebecca Oglesby (Barron), Graham Hamer and Isaiah Hamer; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Colt, Hattie Clanton and Baylor Oglesby; his sister Mary Fisher (Jim) of Concord, CA; his nieces, Kaley Carpenter (Craig), Laura Middlebrooks and Vicki Janssen (Matt); and his nephew Jimmy Fisher (Gina).
