He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Osteen; his sisters, Eva Ziegler and Jane Thorpe; and his great great grandchild Braylyn Osteen. He is survived by: his daughter Margaret A. Hill; his sisters, Marie Howell and Debbie Betts; his grandsons, John Osteen (Missy) and Thomas Hill (Melissa); and his great grandchildren, Annamarie, Gabrielle and John Osteen.
