It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Keen (Bartow, Florida), born in Arcadia, Florida, who passed away on November 20, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Jess Willard; her daughter Deborah Howard; and her sister Barbara Goodman. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Johnson (Randall); her husband James W. Keen of Bartow; her children, James R. Keen (Leanne) of Winder, GA, Vinson Keen, Tammy Keen (Eddie) of Bartow and Julia Darlene Riddell (James) of LaBelle; her sisters-in-law, Louise Keen, Betty Keen and Mary Crumley; and her pet Poncho. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
