She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Luz Carranza and Tomasa Meza Carranza; and her brother Ambracio Carranza. She is survived by: her husband Jose Ramirez, Sr.; her children, Jose Ramirez, Jr. (Anjelica) and Luz Maria Briones (Armando) of Bartow, FL; and her siblings, Guadalupe Carranza of Fort Meade, FL and Juana Carranza-Meza. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
