She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. and Joann. She is survived by: her husband David McIntosh of Bartow; her brothers, Jim Shelton (Margaret) of Lakeland, Wayne Shelton (Terri) of Bartow and David Shelton (Sharon) of Wisconsin; and her nieces and nephews, Lorraine Carroll (Steve) of Homeland, Cynthia Deines (Troy) of Winter Haven and Wayne Shelton Jr. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
