He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Conrad and Julia Conrad; his siblings, Chrystelle Rogers, Lottie Tulley, Lucille Johnson and Chester Conrad; and his daughter-in-law Vickie Maloney.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Conrad; his sisters, Myrtle Bonner of Tocca, GA and Gertrude Smith of Columbus, GA; and his children, Jimmy Conrad (Christina) of Bascom, Bill Maloney of Lovedale, Kim Sumner (Billy) of Mount Airy, NC and Ivita Conrad Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
