She was predeceased by: her husband Richard L. Ashton; her brother Carl Archer; and her sister-in-law Evey. She is survived by: her sister Veda Thompson (Dave) of Xenia; and her children, Cindy Smith (Doug), Jeff Ashton (Rita), Judy Farero (Bernie) and Barbara Klien (Alex). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
