She was predeceased by : her father Richard Leach; her children, Arnold "Big Rob" Chasteen and Samantha McCalvin; and her stepparents, Violet Leach and Jack Tanner.

She is survived by : her children, Quentin Chasteen of Arizona and Christina Flowers of Bristol; her siblings, Richard "Boatie" Tanner of Ocala, Jack Tanner, Jr. of Georgia, Donald Leach of California and Patricia Leach Brown of Ocala; her son-in-law Robert Flowers; and her friend Teri Reynolds of California. She is also survived by stepbrothers, sisters, nieces nephews and other extended family.
