We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2019, at the age of 63, Billy Wendell Spencer (Boca Raton, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Beecher Spencer and Florence Reed Spencer; his siblings, Larry Spencer, Rex Spencer, Shirlene Spencer Moffit, Tim Spencer, Glenn Harris, Geneva Spencer Griffin, Jenette Spencer Croley and Angie Spencer Lee; his children, Jerrica Spencer of Lexington, Kentucky, Casey Spencer of Harrodsburg and Jewell Brown of Lexington; and his close friends, Cheryl Friedman and Ronnie Smith. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews.
