She is survived by: her husband Charles Pugatch; her children, Chad Pugatch (Angela), Rick Pugatch (Lorie) and Beth Fierberg (Jim); and her sister Judy Greenwald. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
