He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fitzgerald (Byrnes); his children, Kaitlyn Fitzgerald of Belle Harbor, NY, Kevin T. Fitzgerald (Lauren) of New Hyde Park, NY and Brendan Fitzgerald (Kayla) of Belle Harbor, NY; his brothers, Keith Hartmann (Beth) of Gainesville, FL and Paul Hartmann of Brooklyn, NY; and his grandchildren, Juliette, Saoirse and Ciaran.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Brian's name may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
