He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John C. Agnew Sr. and Mildred Agnew (Becker). He is survived by: his wife Susan S. Agnew; his son Robert J. Agnew (Josalynn Agnew); his grandchildren, Jacob and Jaylynn Agnew; his daughter Linda S. Agnew; and his grandchildren, Carter Saluri, Noah Saluri, Hope Saluri, Britain Saluri and Elizabeth Anderson.
