“May have met you when I went down for one of Sammy's surgeries. Flew down from Omaha once in 2008 and later from DC area for another surgery about 9 years ago. I met him in College in Omaha. He lived in Omaha before going down to Naples around 18 years ago. Sammy always seemed to be an upbeat character. Saw him when he came up to visit my girlfriend at the time and I south of Fort Myers in 2017. Also saw him at my hometown of Gainesville, Florida where he had surgeries in 2018, PreCovid”
