He was predeceased by : his mother Stephanie Thomas (Bouchowski); his wife Georgette Geraldine Crochiere; his sons, Jeffrey Odilon Thomas and Robin Douglas Thomas; and his siblings, William and Emma.
He is survived by : his daughters-in-law, Eileen O'Hanlon Thomas (Jeff) and Eileen Arico Thomas (Robb); his grandchildren, Ellen, Joey, Ben, Leo, Max and Zac; and his great grandchildren, Bridget and James.
