She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Smith and Thursa Smith; and her siblings, Donna, Bonna Smith and Glenn Smith Jr..
She is survived by: her husband John E. Saum; her sons, Eric Saum (Erica) of Cape Cod and Adam (Erica Joy) of Farmington Hills, Michigan; her granddaughters, Gracey, Zoe Saum of Massachusetts, Elizabeth, Addison and Emily Saum of Michigan; her sister Mary Ann Garlock (Donald) of Grand Ledge; and her sister-in-law Norma Oakley-Smith of Petoskey, Michigan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
