She was predeceased by : her husband John Dixon Barnett Jr.; and her parents, Wilmer Smith Faris and Mary Grace Sanders Faris. She is survived by : her children, Teresa Gallinis (Robert) of Blanchester, Ohio and John D. Barnett III of St. Thomas; her brother Dr. Maynard "Spike" Faris (Connie) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brothers-in-law, Samuel Barnett (Joan) of Florida and James Barnett of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hauck (Sonja) of Lancaster, Adrienne James (Randy) of Beavercreek, Robert Gallinis of Phoenix and Jennifer Wiederhold (Donnie) of Batavia, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Skylar Marylin James, Annika Maylee James, Edel Lin Hauck, Robbie Gallinis, Katrina Gallinis, Joshua Gallinis, Isaac Wiederhold, Elijah Wiederhold and Hannah Wiederhold. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
