He was predeceased by: his parents, Arley Benton and MaryLou Benton; his brother Brian Benton; and his niece LouAnn Benton. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Benton; his children, Heather Martin (Logan), William Andrew Benton Jr. (Hope) and Brian Benton (Sara); his grandchildren, Michael Marino, Logan Martin Jr. (Kayla), Hunter Martin, Wyatt Martin and Joseph Benton; his brothers, Randall Benton (Karla) and Larry Benton (Yvonne); his siblings' children, Brooke Benton, Arley Benton (Sydney) and Scott Benton (Camilla); and his stepsiblings, Patrick Knowles, Kevin Knowles and Robin Carhart.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Generations Church (2602 S Kings Ave, Brandon, FL 33511). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Memories Cemetery (4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610).
