He is survived by: his wife Dawn Armstrong; his children, April Heier (Nate), Angie Holycross (Casey) and Charles Armstrong II (Raisa); his grandchildren, Alex Armstrong, Reece, Callen Heier, Cecila, Emerson Holycross and Hudson Armstrong; his children, Sharon Smith (Gary), Dan Parsons (Kim) and Dana Richardson (Gregory); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Michael Smith, Kory, Samantha Richardson, Morghan, Nathan Parsons, John Mann and David Stephens.
