With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Tibbs (Brooksville, Florida), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on March 22, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Tibbs; and her children, Mary Helen Ferguson and Stanley Paul Tibbs. She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, James Walter Tibbs of Brooksville, William Franklin, Jeanie Tibbs of Canton and Kathy Tibbs of Brooksville; and her sisters, Katie M. Hodges of Jaspar and Ruth Land of Calera. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
