He is survived by: his son Scout; his wife Patricia; his children, Christopher (Susan), Karen (Brian), Michael (Jody), Richard, Steven (Kim) and Suzanne (Chris); and his stepchildren, Cheryl, Shirley (Thomas), Edward, Denise, Eric and Tracy. He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren and his 14 great-grandchildren.
