She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson'Red'Bowser Brass and Lily Zoe Brass (Conner); and her nephew Michael Shannon Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Chorvat and Doug Chorvat Jr. (Malinda) of Yvonne's; her grandchildren, Zack Cooper (Kandace), Austyn Cooper, Makenna Chorvat and Conner Chorvat; her great grandchildren, Dolleia and Dean Cooper; and her siblings, Anita'Susie'Sanchez and Nelson'Buddy'Brass (Patsy).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Aripeka Baptist Church for Aripeka Cemetery maintenance OR the Destination Mermaids – The Mermaid Tale Trail for a mermaid to be purchased and placed in honor of Yvonne at a later date.
