It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Woodard (Bushnell, Florida), who passed away on May 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Emmitt C. Woodard; her daughter Kay McCoy; and her granddaughter Wendi Watson. She is survived by : her daughters, Joyce Watson of Bushnell, FL and Susan Burke (Stan) of Brooksville, FL; her grandchildren, Rhonda Richardson (Patrick), Scott McCoy, Dan McCoy, Paul Watson (Christy), Tim Watson, Houston "Stash" Burke (Krys), Sheri Freitag (Lance) and Stephen Burke; and her sister Muriel Burtoft (Lawrence) of Leesburg, FL.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In response to Covid-19 pandemic and in conjunction with CDC guidelines, all services will be private in nature.
