Iman (David); and her grandchildren, Aaron Kozak (Kim), Jason Kozak, Patrick Kozak (Tiffany), Natasha Kozak, Mitchell Kozak, Justin Iman (Brianna) and Melissa Iman. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and other family and friends.
