He was predeceased by : his parents, Opal Haynes and Frank Haynes; and his daughter Kathi Parrish. He is survived by : his wife Marjorie; his daughters, Terry Wingate of Callahan and Janet Cheshire (Cleve) of Hilliard; his son-in-law Tom Parrish of Monticello; his brother Tommy Haynes of Bassett; and his grandchild Cleve IV of St. Johns. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, one nephew two nieces, and several cousins.
