She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Laster and Lela Laster; her children, Carrie Russ, Marcia Sorey and Harold Sorey; her son-in-law Ricky Ward; and her brother-in-law Erive Lee Sorey.
She is survived by: her spouse June Sorey; her children, Laymon Bruce Sorey (Felicia) of Campbellton, FL, Jacob Tafoyer Sorey (Yvonne) of Campbellton, FL and Karen Ward of Chicago, IL; her stepdaughters, Mary Blue (Kelly) of Campbellton, FL and Jeanette Staford (Gary) of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Anthony Kelly (Stephanie), Krystle Graham (Zay), Brandon Wilson (BJ), Delicia Sorey, Lamar Sorey, Korraye Russ and Jayden Sorey; her great grandchildren, Claire, Chloe, Caroline Kelly, Aalia Wilson and Landon Graham; and her siblings-in-law, Elnora Sorey (Fred), Eula Sorey (BB), Maggie Laster, Annibell Sorey (James), Carrie Jean (Erric Lee), Willie James Bowden and Quinton Sorey (Mary Alice). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
