With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Juliana Haupert McDonald (Cantonment, Florida), who passed away on March 18, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Haupert and Magdalena May Haupert; her siblings, Gert Castleberry and Jerry Haupert; and her great grandchild Kolby Sconiers.
She is survived by: her husband John Herman McDonald; her sisters, Mildred Schwartz and Catherine Goff; and her children, Franklin McDonald (Martha), Jeannie Murphy (James) and Sheryl McDonald. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
A special thanks to Emerald Coast Hospice and Nursespring/Sunshine Caregivers who helped to take care of Dorothy over the past few years with her struggle with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
