He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Horace F. Lawson and Theoda Lawson; his wife Patsy Trammell Lawson; his mother-in-law Edith Brannon; his siblings, Fay and June; his former wife Virginia Jolley; and his children, Victoria Walker (Mick), Jorja Ayers, Russell North (Gina) and Erin Todd (David). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
