He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Herbert Owen, Sr. and Frances Louise Carlisle Owen of Milton, FL; his son-in-law Alan Thompson; his wife Evelyn Wells Owen of Cantonment, FL; his children, William H. Owen, III (Kim) of Cantonment, FL and Angela Owen Thompson of Cantonment, FL; his grandchildren, Heather Owen, Timothy Owen, Caleb Melvin, Brandon Melvin of Houston, TX, Ashleigh Michelle and Thomas Cameron Thompson of Cantonment, FL; and his siblings, Nelda Potts of Rome, GA, Blenda Wiggins of Milton, FL, Richard Owen of Milton, FL, Robert Owen of Navarre, FL and Myra Carter. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear church friends.
