He was predeceased by : his son Gus Martin; his mother-in-law Patricia Clott; his aunt JoNell Magee; and his uncles, David Farlow, Dorsel White and Phillip McGee.

He is survived by : his parents, Allen Farlow (Barb) of Russiaville, IN and Michele May (Paul Banasiak) of Huntley, IL; his wife Melinda'Mindy'Farlow of Cape Coral, FL; his father-in-law Everette Pogue (Tami) of New Madison, OH; his children, Kodey Farlow (Tyler) of Austin, TX, Kaleb Farlow (Shelbie) of Tipton, IN, Kameron Martin of Kokomo, IN and Chance Fuller (Hannah) of Goshen, IN; his sister Marie Farlow of Tipton, IN; his aunts, Janell Hunter, Phillis White and Jewel Wright; and his uncle Steve May.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Hemlock Friends Church (4448 400 S, Hemlock, IN 46937). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
