With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bunny Allen McBride of Cape Coral, Florida, born in Butte, Montana, who passed away on March 2, 2021 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bunny Allen McBride to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Flossie McBride and Lawrence 'Mac McBride; and his sister Dorothy Frisbie. He is survived by: his wife Arlene McBride; his children, Heather E. Cole (Ken), Ryan D. McBride (Matt Ivey) and Justin D. McBride (Annette); his grandchildren, Timothy Cole, Nile McBride and Hayden McBride; and his sister Kathleen Murrish (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or other remembrances, the family has asked those wishing to honor Bunny donate to the Bunny McBride Visiting Artist Fund to help recruit artists from around the world to come to the University of Iowa to enhance the educational experience within the Ceramics Department.
