He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Fultz and Robin Fultz; his son Ryder Fultz; his sister Reagan Fultz; his significant other Kaley; his partner's children, Mason and Skyla; and his grandmothers, Doris Reagan and Marian Fultz. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
