He is survived by: his friend Big Dan'; his sons, Daniel, David (Erin), Damon (Delana) and Pops; his grandsons, Kade, Jacob, Dalton and Camden; his wife Cheryl; his brother Craig Gamen; his sister-in-law Denise Bruce; and his sibling's children, Chip Bruce (Marianne), Melissa Fuller, Beth Ford (Ryan) and Lucy.
