He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Clark (Bob) and Jeff Makosh (Christine); his grandchildren, Andy Clark (Kelly), Melissa Toltzman (Jeremy), Jason Schlieben (Michelle) and Young Makosh; and his sister Jennie Ciembronowicz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
