He is survived by: his significant other Alice Monte; his children, Herbert H. Lindsey (Jessica), Thomas Monte (Lisa), Andrew Monte, Stephen Monte (George Driver) and Rachel Berge (Garry); his grandchildren, Annissia Lindsey, Morgan Lindsey, Christopher Monte, Garret Berge and Eli Monte; and his nephew Archie Hale. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
