He is survived by: his grandchildren, Howard Joseph Allen III (Eileen), Mark Allen (Janet), Brian Allen (Elsie), Sean Allen (Elida), Erin Allen, Christopher, Joseph, Jennifer, Meaghan, Kathryn, Kelly and Caleigh. He is also survived by four sons and one daughter.
