She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Cumbia; her parents, William Toler and Gladys Toler Peele; her daughter Sandra Matherly; and her siblings, John Toler, Elizabeth Kimmel, Helen Singleton and Gladys Lejeune.
She is survived by: her children, Donna H. Rosenthal, Tracy Wilson and Jeffrey Cumbia; and her sister Thelma Wilkerson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
