He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frank and Bertha Frank; his siblings, Arnold Frank and Betty Smith; and his son Todd Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Frank; his sons, Richard Frank, Dale Frank (Jill), Terry Frank and Joseph Cooper; his grandchildren, Ryan Frank (Kyla), Jessica Frank, Derek Frank (Alicia), Kaylin Moustaris, Joseph Cooper and Jordon Frank; and his great grandchildren, Roman and Archer Frank.
