He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elario DeBastiani and Josephine DeBastiani (Tozzini); his wife Iris (Chapman); his children, Jeff DeBastiani (Teresa) of Lake Orion, MI, Ally DeBastiani-Knipling (Karl) of Denver and Kim Laatsch (Jerry); his brother Leroy DeBastiani (Rena) of Ebensburg; his sisters-in-law, Pat Dean and Mona Carole Chapman; his grandchildren, Jon, Jessica, Jack and Emma; and his brother John Dean.
He had received his last Covid vaccine, and although waiting for Iris' second, was already making plans for one last trip to Italy.
