She is survived by : her children, Justin Marcum, Jr. and Colton Adkins; her parents, Maria E. Kocher (Danny Amburgey) of Columbus, OH and Jeffrey Adkins of Cape Coral, FL; her stepmother Cheryl Adkins of Cape Coral, FL; and her siblings, Thomicena Sanders of Jeffrey Adkins, II, Brandon Morris of Ohio, Brianna Kocher of Ohio and Kendle Coleman.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in loving memory of Samantha Jean Adkins may be made to any charities giving to the Military or Local Fire Departments.
