It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tiffani Briana Starkey of Cape Coral, Florida, born in Springfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her children, Tori Lee (Tyli Ann) and Tyli Ann of Cape Coral, FL; her parents, Roger Starkey and Patricia Starkey of Cape Coral, FL; her siblings, Sarai Starkey (Christian Salinas) of Cape Coral, FL and Roger Corey Starkey, Jr. (Tynesha) of Delaware; her nieces and nephews, Elijah, Arianna, Caleb and SianiLee; and her aunt Denise Buckley of Cape Coral, FL. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Shortly after she founded the Collaboration Foundation, a non- profit organization.
