She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Thompson and Irene Esther Thompson (Lugenbeel); her husband Cecil Wilson Stewart; and her brothers, Owen Thompson, Roger Thompson, Celius Thompson, Theodore Thompson and David Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Keith Dugan (Sandra Stone); her stepdaughter Phyllis Edgerly (David); her daughter-in-law Linda Dugan; her grandchildren, Amanda Seebadan (Kieran Seebadan), Karl Dugan, David Fitzhenry and Scott Williams (Catherine); and her great grandchildren, James Seebadan, Benjamin Williams, Alyson Stevens and Riley Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
