He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harold Collier and Rita Marie Collier (Glick); his sister Sonja Ellis; and his brother-in-law Jack E. Showley. He is survived by: his wife Carol Collier (Showley); his children, Brian Collier and Tracey Andrews of Plainfield, IN; his grandson Gabriel Morris Collier (Rachel) of Indianapolis, IN; and his sister-in-law Sharon Showley of Newville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bill's wishes were to be cremated and due to Covid concerns, by the family, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
