He is survived by : his parents, Richard Henry Cerezo Sr. (Casselberry) and Elizabeth Lopez-Cerezo of Casselberry, FL; his children, Adrianna Mayliz Cerezo, Christian Xavier Cerezo and Dominic Jeremiah Cerezo of Sanford, FL; his sisters, Ingrid E. Rivera (Christopher) and Gisselle E. Cerezo of St. Petersburg, FL; his nieces, Alexandra E. Micheo Sarah I and Rivera; and the mother of his children Dalimar Octaviani of Sanford.

Memorials: Memorials may be made to the Shriners Children's of St. Louis.
