He was predeceased by: his parents, Joye William Ellzey and Nancy Lorine Meeks. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Marie Mrva; and his children, Carl Ellzey (Rita), Donna Brown (Sean), Sandra Ellzey and John Ellzey (Misty). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
