He was predeceased by: his parents, Parker W. Hawk and Viola Hawk; and his brother Charles Kenneth Hawk. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Hawk (Jill) of Dothan and Jason Hawk (Brenda) of Chipley, Florida; and his siblings, Jack Hawk of Pearland, Texas and Gina Hawk Metcalf (Dale) of Chipley, Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
