He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cunningham and Mary Bloomer Cunningham; and his siblings, Sidney Cunningham and Sarah Wyatt. He is survived by: his wife Paula Cunningham of Chipley, FL; his daughter Terra Carter of Chipley, FL; his stepchildren, Kristin Clenney of Chipley, FL, Gina Clenney of Chipley, FL and Patrick Clenney; his sister-in-law Carol Davis of Chipley, FL; his grandchildren, Courtney Copley, Raven Griffin, Aimee Carter and Lyndsey Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Clenney, Xylon Clenney-Harmon, Jaiden Clenney, Jace Clenney and John Clenney; and his great grandchild Leonadella Griffin.

Flowers will be accepted by the family; however, donations, in lieu of flowers, maybe sent to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
