It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Joseph Tharp (Chipley, Florida), who passed away on December 22, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles, Doise and Jack Tharp; and his niece Wynell Melvin (Richard). He is survived by: his husband Darrell; his sister-in-law Thelma Tharp; his cousin Barbra Dawkins; his friends, Richard Williams and Bonnie Jean Melvin; and his wife Mary.
